Custom Orders, Shipping and Returns

Custom Orders

We take pride in having contacts all over the world that can produce unique and singular products at reasonable rates that you are not able to acquire anywhere else.

To procure these items we require a good quality original or detailed pictures and dimensions of the item you would like to have made.

This process can take some time and effort to acquire and pricing for each custom order is evaluated on a product-by-product basis.

Customers will have the opportunity to approve price and quantity on all custom orders before production begins.

Once approved a 75% deposit is required to begin the order with the remainder due upon receipt.

Should you decide to cancel the order before receipt, your deposit will not be returned.

There are no returns on custom orders.

Delivery Times

Products that are currently in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving an order.

Custom Orders – Customers will be given an anticipated completion date and further notified when the item is confirmed to be in stock.

Out of Stock Items – Customers will be notified of an anticipated restocking date and further notified when the item is confirmed to be in stock.

Shipping Charges

All shipping and handling charges are calculated via our website shipping software.

We endeavour to be as accurate as possible, but some products are unusual sizes/weights and our website shipping software does not take this in account when determining shipping costs. Additional shipping charges may apply to these items depending on the destination being shipped.

Shipping within Canada

All shipping charges are calculated in Canadian funds.

Orders within Canada are shipped expedited tracked package via Canada Post and depending on the destination province/territory it takes an average of 2-7 business days. If you require your order sooner an alternate courier service can be arranged and extra shipping charges will apply.

Shipping to the U.S.A.

All shipping charges are calculated in Canadian funds.

Orders to the U.S.A. are shipped tracked package via Canada Post/US Postal Service and depending on the state take an average of 5-7 business days.

If you require your order sooner an alternate courier service can be arranged and extra shipping charges will apply.

Shipping prices quoted do not include any potential customs or duty charges applicable to your order.

Shipping Internationally

All shipping charges are calculated in Canadian funds.

Shipping charges for overseas orders are sent via Canada Post small packet air which can take 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Tracking numbers are not available for international orders shipped via Canada Post small packet air.

If you require your order sooner or a tracking number is required, an alternate courier service can be arranged, and extra shipping charges will apply.

Shipping prices do not include any potential customs or duty charges applicable to your order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us to discuss your concern and determine a mutual solution.

Returning an Item

Confirmation of returning product must be arranged within fifteen days of receiving your order.

Items being returned are requested to be sent via ground shipping services unless alternate arrangements have been agreed upon.

There are no returns on custom orders.
